Whether you’re joining us for a weekly class, a seasonal retreat, or looking to host your own offering, Dragonfly offers a space to pause, breathe, and come home to stillness.

Our Mission

Dragonfly is more than a yoga studio—it’s a space for restoration, community, and connection to the earth. The studio sits inside a beautiful octagonal structure, built with intention to honor the landscape and offer a grounded space for movement and mindfulness.

Our philosophy is simple: nature heals. Every class, retreat, and offering at Dragonfly is guided by principles of mindfulness, inclusivity, and respect for the land that holds us.

Dragonfly was founded by Christina Brooks, a yoga practitioner who dreamed of creating a space where others could reconnect with their inner stillness while surrounded by natural beauty.

Christina's mission is to create a welcoming and safe place where people of all backgrounds can experience the benefits of yoga. She aims to guide students in cultivating mindfulness, improving mobility, and finding inner peace through gentle, intentional movement and breathwork. Her focus is to make yoga approachable, especially those recovering from injuries, experiencing joint discomfort, or seeking a slower, more restorative practice. Through compassion and encouragement, she strives to help others reconnect with their bodies, quiet their minds, and build a sustainable wellness practice that supports their unique journey

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is the practice of unlocking hidden tension and allowing your body to breathe again. It’s a way to move not just for the body, but with the body, restoring presence and connection. Bridging the body and mind, inviting emotional healing through embodied awareness. It the art of slowing down, listening in, and finding deep release

Mondays at 9 am and again at 6:30 pm

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is often called the “mother” of all yoga styles. It combines physical postures, breathwork, and meditation to bring harmony to body, mind, and spirit. 

Wednesdays at 9 am and again at 6:30 pm
